Region VII Hosts Four Colleges
Alderson-Broaddus College - Wilcox Chapel
Chapel at Davis and Elkins College
The counties that comprise the Region VII area include four post secondary educational institutions.  Alderson-Broaddus College is located in Barbour County; Davis and Elkins College is located in Randolph County; Gilmer County is home to Glenville State College; and West Virginia Wesleyan College is an integral part of Upshur County. 

Alderson-Broaddus welcomed new president Richard Creehan on June 1, 2011. 
 
G.T. "Buck" Smith, the president for Davis and Elkins started his  position on July 1, 2008.  

President of West Virginia Wesleyan, Dr. Pamela Balch, and Dr. Peter B. Barr, President of Glenville, began their current leadership roles in 2006.
