STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA

HUD NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM DRAFT

 

As required by Section 104(d) of the Housing and Community Development Act and 24 CFR Part 91.115

as modified by NSP requirements, the State is providing opportunity to comment on the

DRAFT amendment to the FY 2010 Consolidated Action Plan.

This substantial amendment outlines the use of the

HUD Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 (NSP3) funds.

We anticipate these funds to be available in calendar year 2011.

A 15-day review and comment period begins on February 7, 2011, and concludes on February 21, 2011.

 

The Community Development Division of the West Virginia Development Office

has prepared this DRAFT amendment of the FY2010 Action Plan.
