Re:      Housing Summit November 4th
            Stonewall Resort State Park

Date:   November 4, 2016
             10 a.m. to 12 Noon

I would like to extend a personal invitation to attend an important Lewis County Housing Summit from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on November 4th at the Stonewall Resort Conference Center.  The Lewis County EDA, in cooperation with the Lewis County Commission, the City of Weston, the Town of Jane Lew and the Region VII Planning and Development Council, will host the Housing Summit which will outline critical needs for all types of housing to meet immediate needs.

The Summit will provide home builders, developers, contractors and realtors with an opportunity to learn more about the current need for all types of housing in Lewis County along with an economic outlook for the region, a review of potential building sites and the opportunity to meet with county and municipal officials and financial/lending institutions regarding available finance options.  Our housing shortage is real and we believe that you will find great opportunities here.

A nominal $25 registration fee is requested to help defray costs associated with hosting this event.  Coffee, tea and soft drinks will be offered during the presentation portion of our Summit and attendees will be treated to a complimentary gourmet lunch buffet at Stillwaters Restaurant at the resort.

Please go to the following link to register for the Summit and learn more about the planned presentations.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me (304) 269-4993 or Region VII Executive Director Shane Whitehair (304) 472-6564.  We hope to see you here on November 4th!
