On Saturday, September 13, 2008, prior to the Council Meeting, members of the regular Council, Youth Council and their guests (West Virginia Wesleyan College SIFE Team and World Vision, among others) toured the facilities at the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum (formerly known as The Weston State Hospital).
